The protagonist is surrounded by incompetence except for his partner, played by Riki Lindhome. I enjoyed this film, although I must admit I didn't love it as much as I thought I would. The main character, Officer John Marshall (Jim Cummings- also the writer/director of the film) is overwhelmed by the pressures of his life and his job. The film is dedicated to Forster, as it was the last of his career, completed shortly before his death. It was written and directed by Jim Cummings who also stars along with Riki Lindhome, Chloe East, Jimmy Tatro, and Robert Forster. Robert Forester is wonderful in his final role.
